Return Period
Customers have the right to request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of order delivery. After this period, requests for returns or refunds cannot be accepted.
Product Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return or refund, the product must meet the following conditions:
• It must be in its original packaging, undamaged and complete.
• It must be unused, without signs of wear or damage.
• It must be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation email).
In cases where the product is returned damaged or used, sezondekor.al reserves the right to refuse the refund or exchange request.
Customer Options
Upon receipt and verification of the returned product, the customer may choose one of the following options:
• Refund of the paid amount, processed via the same payment method used during purchase.
• Exchange for another product, depending on the customer’s preference and stock availability.
Return Shipping Cost
Returns due to personal reasons (change of mind, wrong choice, etc.) are covered by the customer.
If the product is defective, damaged during transport, or incorrectly shipped, the shipping cost is covered by sezondekor.al.

After verification, you will receive instructions for returning the product.
Refunds or exchanges are processed within 5–10 working days from the moment the product is received at our warehouse.
